We are looking for an experienced Skilled Labourer / Demolition Worker to join our team.

If you have solid experience in demolition, construction, and drilling work, are confident using heavy-duty equipment, and can carry out tasks safely and efficiently with minimal supervision, we would love to hear from you.

 

Responsibilities:

• Operate jackhammers, electric breakers, drilling equipment, and other demolition tools safely and effectively.

• Carry out demolition, breaking, drilling, and general skilled labour work.

• Safely erect and use basic scaffolding where required.

• Work safely at heights and follow all relevant health and safety procedures.

• Ensure demolition activities are performed without causing unnecessary damage, danger, or risk to people or surrounding structures.

• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

• Follow instructions from supervisors and work effectively as part of a team.

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in demolition, construction, skilled labour, or a similar position.

• Must be proficient at handling jackhammers, electric jiggers and similar drilling equipment.

• Good understanding of building structures and safe demolition methods.

• Must know how to safely erect basic scaffolding and be familiar with safe working at heights.

• Physically fit, capable of performing demanding manual work and comfortable with working at heights.

• General experience operating mini-excavators and similar machinery will be consider a big asset.

Applicants must:

Be currently based in Malta, Europe. 

Be reliable, safety-conscious, and willing to work as part of a team.

Be able to communicate effectively in English OR Maltese.

Have a clean police conduct and a valid drivers licence.
