We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Heavy Plant Mechanic & Fitter.

If you have strong diagnostic skills, hands-on experience with heavy plant machinery, and take pride in keeping equipment operating at peak performance, we'd love to hear from you.

 

Responsibilities:

• Inspect, service, and repair heavy plant machinery (excavators, loaders, trucks etc.)

• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults.

• Perform preventative maintenance, routine oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication.

• Minimising downtime through proactive maintenance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mechanic, at least 3 years.

• Must know how to work on heavy plant such as trucks, trailers, excavators and other machinery and carry out the breakdown maintenance.

• Must have a driving license and know how to drive cars and trucks.

• Good knowledge of diesel engines, air brake systems and hydraulic systems.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.​

• Experience operating a forklift is considered an asset.

Language Requirements: Must speak English OR Maltese.

Must have a clean police conduct and a valid drivers licence.
